In 1997 George Johnson, founders of Efficient Home Inspections, purchased his first  home without a visual inspection. After moving in, he discovered his mistake--faulty gas lines, a leaky bath tub which caused structural damage, and a leaky roof--just a few of the many things that needed to be fixed.  Several thousand dollars later and numerous hours in repairs, George realized his initial mistake cost him dearly.  He got certified for home inspections, and started....
